2020 CSA ANNUAL CONVENTION AND RIDE

The clubs of CSA District 6 and District 3 are joining to host the 2020 Colorado Snowmobile Association Convention and Annual Ride, January 31-February 2, 2020. The participating clubs include the Holy Cross Powder Hounds, High Country Snowmobile/Summit Snow Riderz, High Riders Snowmobiling Club, Buena Vista Snowmobile Club, and Heart of the Rockies Snowmobile Club.

Registration Options:

You can register for the just the Saturday evening banquet dinner, the guided rides, or the All-In Option. Please print off the registration form and mail it to us, or you can fill out a digital copy and email to us.  To pay, you can mail a check or request a call to run your credit card over the phone. The deadline for the early registration discount is January 16, 2020. Registration price increases after January 16th.  Your registration becomes nonrefundable after Jan 16th.  Registration Form

MPHSR Lodging Details:

If you plan to stay at the Mount Princeton Hot Springs Resort, call 888-395-7799 and use the CSA discount code (CSA20) to book your room or cabin or tell them it is for the Colorado Snowmobile Association 2020 Convention. Please see the attached information for more details on the resort, lodging rates and map of MPHS. Our blocked rooms are only guaranteed available until Jan 8th. There is a 48hr cancellation option when you pre-book lodging. All hotel style rooms include 4 adult passes to the hot springs, cabin rentals include 6 hot springs passes. Additional passes are discounted at $14. If you are interested in Spa Services, please note that at the time of booking. The more people that book spa services, the greater the discounts will be.

Spa Services:
The Spa area offers a juice bar that includes adult beverages that are available for purchase, an adult only relaxation pool, Japanese cascading pools, complimentary fitness classes and fitness room which are included with lodging rates, and a full menu of spa treatments available for purchase.  The Spa does offer group discounts:  10% off for 5-9 appointments, 15% off for 10-14 appointments, and 20% off for 15+ appointments.  More information on the Spa may be found at https://mtprinceton.com/relax/.  If you are interested in any private fitness classes, you may find more information and inquire on our website at https://mtprinceton.com/private-class/.

Optional Guided Snowmobile Rides:

When you register for either option of the convention, you have the option to opt-in for guided rides on one or two days.


We will offer trail/meadow riding or advance group rides. Advance riding will include side hilling, tree riding, and non-groomed trails.
We are planning to ride out of the Cottonwood Pass trailhead for our guided rides. If the snow is good enough, we may split into additional groups and ride out of other trail heads in the area such as St Elmo and Marshall Pass. Buena Vista Snowmobile Club, and Heart of the Rockies Snowmobile Club will provide extra grooming than normal for the event. On the registration form there is an option for a lunch to be provided. The kind of lunch provided depends on which trail head you are starting from.

1/31 Friday Night Social - 6 pm to 8 pm

2/1 Saturday Breakfast Buffet - 7 am to 9 am
Fresh Fruit/Yogurt, Assorted Pastries, Eggs/Potatos/Bacon/Sausage, Orange Juice/Tea and Coffee

2/1 Saturday Banquet Buffet Dinner and Awards - 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Roasted Sirloin and Pan Seared Chicken Breast, Mashed Potates, Fire Roasted Sweet Corn, House Salad, Bread, Free Beer/Coffee and Tea/Cash Bar

2/2 Sunday Breakfast Buffet and Working CSA Quarterly Meeting
Breakfast Burrito with Potatoes, Fresh Fruit, Orange Juice/Tea and Coffee
